I change from insurance company and forget to let my vehicles inspected by another firm. Firstly my claim was rejected but I phone the dipute section of the firm. Shameera asked me some questions and to confirm it with documents which I did. Within 12 hours she call me back with a solution. I just want to complement her and the company for using discretion with tact and proffesionalism. Also that they trust (for sure they have to make sure on the ethical value of the request) a client and put the client first and not their short term gain of money.
