Surprisingly great service received

Have to complement 1Life and in particular Douglas Gordon (consultant who handled the claim) on outstanding client service. you know generally one has come to expect dismal service when lodging a claim with insurance companies but nothing could be further from the truth as regards the service by Gordon of 1Lfie, he went out of the way to assist me and my family and kept us informed of the stage that the claim was at and with just one phone call we knew exactly what was required from us and the rest was made painless and easy and I would recommend the company for anyone looking for life insurance.
