It is very clear from the delay tactics that the intention is to avoid their responsibilities.(Or is it plain incompetence?) My fianc? was involved in an accident with one of their clients. As per police docket, their clients own admission at the accident, the account of the witnesses at the scene, and all evidence (Photo's, skid marks and position of vehicles etc.) it's clear that their client caused the accident (Attempting a U turn in a one way while using a cell phone). The claim raised by my insurance company against them for the refund of the repair cost, together with the access, is not being handled efficiently and I'm not convinced (mail trails) that they intend to finalise soon/ at all. Been over 4 months (7 months since accident). My insurance premium has been raised even though the accident was caused by the second party. If the above is the norm and the ethics of insurance in this country, then it's time to get the consumer protectors involved and also to kick back against these giant bullies!! Next step is a full publication with all evidence and mail trails to illustrate and substantiate my claims above.
