After numerous problems with ABSA since Nov 2012 on my Business acc Afriventure Safaris and previous complains to ABSA which was never sorted - all with regards to FICA which I had done twice at Montana branch -last time on 27 Nov 2012.
Today I went to go close my acc -totally fed up- since I had opened another acc at another bank last year. Needless to say when I got there my acc still showed no FICA!!! unbeknown to me.
Never the less Ms ELSA REYNECKE a business consultant took it upon herself to help me without an appointment and the level of service I got from her was outstanding. She apologized for the bad service in the past -which was none of her doing- and helped me do the FICA AGAIN and then went trough the process of closing my acc on my request.
If there were more people like her with her level of experience I might still have been an ABSA client.
