Hi, I recently switched to FNB, I then applied for my credit card on the 23rd of January. I haven't received any feed back everytime I want to know what is going on I have to personally phone the new card application. I am very disappointed with FNB, this is not the kind of service that I was expecting. I have been waiting for my credit card for a month already. There has been no feedback.

Is this how FNB treats it customers then I don't want to be part of FNB customers.
