Credit Card

I've applied for a credit card in August 2012. When I received the card it was already used by someone else. Payments have been deduct from my bank account for a card I've never used. Regional manager informed me in January 2013 this is under investigation. I've send them documents they've required andd numorous emails but up to date haven't received any feedback and I'm still paying for a credit card I haven't used.
