I had enquired with OUTsurance as my current insurer had raised my premiums.

I got a great quote from Allistair with great benefits and excess rates. I was very happy with this quote and accepted it.

When I had called my Insurance to cancel, they did not want me to leave and bettered the structure that Allistair had offered. I was absolutely pleased with this and decided to stay with this insurer as they really proved that they valued me as a customer.

When I called OUTsurance the next day to cancel I asked Allistair to call me back as he was the person who sold me the structure.

Whilst talking to him, he became quite negative about my insurance company stating that I must think about if I really wanted to stay with a company who increases my premiums and only changes them when I get a better offer. To end it all off his response was "Next time call your insurer before calling OUTsurance" with a less than pleasing tone.

This left a bad impression. Not impressed by this!
