I really need to compliment Glenys Pais on the way she assisted and handled my claim. As its the first time I have my own place. I panicked when my geyser broke. Sy listened to me, explained what needed to happen, By her actions it demonstrate she had approriate empathy. She kept me informed and by keeping me updated on all processes. Her can-do attitude and taking ownership of the problem really made it easy for me. She's a star!
