CHANGE THERE MINDS FROM A YES TO A DONT KNOW???

We deal with African Bank for the last 4 years WITHOUT any problems. We recently bought a house and want to loan some extra money for urgent renovations. On Saturday 16/08/2013 we ask them if we could close our loan and reopen with a new amount... They APPROVED our loan and told us that the payout will be on Monday, latest Tuesday... Wednesday come and the money was still not in our account. My Husband phoned to just found out that H/O declined the loan with reason- They want from his company his working for the formula they used for UIF??? The company give him the formula and the Manager of the branch helped him to do a new loan and send it off with the formula to their H/office again. Since then we struggle to get an answer!!! Honestly, I Don't know what UIF calculations had to do with the loan... VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!
