King Price Insurance
Never Insure with King Price!!!

Hi all,

With regards to my last complaint with King Price, I strongly suggest that no one ever insure with this company. I finally received feedback as to what is happening with my claim and was not highly surprised when they repudiated my claim.

I had already sensed that they were looking for reasons to repudiate and it had taken them almost three months to give me an answer, in which they were collecting premium for an asset that I no longer possessed. Their reasoning was that I had left the scene of the accident unlawfully, neglecting the fact that I was in contact with the investigating officer since I left and the next morning where I returned to the police station to file the accident report. They also neglected the reason as to why I had left, which was that there was no response from any paramedics or police officers up untill about an hour and a half after the accident and not forgetting the harrassment of the mob of about 40 people at the scene.

Any person would have left that scene due to safety precaution and King Price are inconsiderate and frankly rude to have done what they have done. If the roles were reversed they would have done the exact same thing!!!
