I've been banking with Capitec since 2008 & I must say I today serve Capitec with divorce papers. I understand that mistakes do happen, that's not a problem, the problem is how do you re-act to such queries. The first problem I have with Capitec is the fact that they have only one ATM per branch of which if one ATM is not working you cant make any withdrawals. U take time out of busy work schedule & yo own petrol only to be inconvenienced. Yes they've retail options but most have limits which really doesnt solve the 1 ATM problem. Secondly, I took a loan 2 start my business. I'm paying back that loan through my monthly salary & I agreed to pay on the last working day of each month. But all of sudden Capitec change payment date to be from the 25th without me knowing just because for few months I was paid earlier. I brought dat 2 their attention dat I'm not happy. 1 my account is up to date, 2, money other than my salary can be deposited to my account which might be for business purposes & them taking it will inconvenience me & might result to financial loss. I signed the contract for the last day & I always ensure there are funds available. Lizzy & Cindy refused 2 listen.
