Standard Bank
Unauthorised debit order/ no refund

On the 30th Jan 2013 standardbank debited R200, from my account for a home loan. i do not have a home loan at all. i then went to the branch to make a withdrawal only to be told that my account have been blocked, with out any explanation. i was promised that the blocking will be removed, which has been, yet i haven't received any formal explanation what the debit for a home loan was for, and when it will be refunded.
