Unfair judgement not yet reversed after i paid to

A man was delivering a summons at my work after we have been sequestrated and he told me to pay only R2588 which i then did monthly. i asked when i faxed through the last payment for statements nothing happened.every month i faxed through my proof of payment as this was done by Internet. this was settled in 2008/9. then in 2010 there was probably a judgement done without my knowledge and any notification. in 2012 they wanted to put a garnish against my salary when i went to see them. we had to pay more money which we did and we paid for the reverse of the unfair judgement. until today after several correspondence no one bothers to return any calls or reply to any emails. i just had it. i cant get credit because of this now as my lawyer is busy to with the court to clear the sequestration after ten years. i cant even study because of this. this women never takes calls when you eventually get through to their offices. there is a R300 payment which my husband by accident left out 1 figure, we faxed it through, explained to them but no - they don't accept this. what happened to that money? i paid for my name to be cleared, i want my name cleared, please. i am not happy at al
