Garneesh you even if you are on debt counselling

I went on debt counselling on 24th March 2010. I informed Nedbank and so did my debt councillor. I paid via NPDA every month and my debt councilor sent proof of payment monthly to Nedbank and acknowledgement of payment was received. I received out of the blue a garnishee order from Coombe & Associates without any prior notification on the 19 April 2010 this was obtained in KEMPTON yet I stay in Pretoria. I immediately contacted Coombe and they advised that there was a mistake and sent me a rescind judgement on the 06.08.2010 according to Coombe and Martina Lamprecht (have proof of all of this) the case was closed. I kept on paying my account every month to Nedbank. Then on the 28 Jan 2013 I AGAIN (Three years after the first with monthly payment every month) received a judgement from Coombe & Associates stating the judgement has taken place again without any prior notification (they in fact used the exact same judgement obtained in 2010 with a diffrent date stamped on it) again in KEMPTON park. This stated I owed Nedbank more than DOUBLE my initial debt. I receive no feedback from Coombe and have for 4 months paid both Nedbank and NPDA. They do not respond or explain the 3 years.
