Can't get hold of the claims department!!

Would like to put in a claim TV was damaged by lightning I'm trying to call but can't get to claims was transferred several times by a consultant saying he will connect me with the relevant department as well as leave a message but still no one has returned my call is it really this hard to put in a simple claim please can someone get back to me as soon as possible??? What am I paying you for!!!
