NO FEEDBACK ON CLAIM 7 DAYS AND WAITING

No one gets back to you. You call and leave messages no one gets back I have send direct emails countless times. the client care centre is always ringing most of the time with no pick up. the claims department option 3 never goes through I am frustrated and i need to fix my car. The service provider allocated to me has been useless for a year and I am trying to get my car fixed ASAP. I pay my monthly premiums on time every time not a penny short but when it comes to service king price are letting us down.
