Outsurance
5 days and OUTSURANCE has done NOTHING

I reported an accident on Monday and made a plan to get to the assessors on the same day.
Checked with the Assessors and they said they sent through the documentation on the same day.
5 days later with a phone call every day and Outsurance has still not loaded the claim and organised my car hire.

No feedback and no service. Very unhappy customer.
