Claim pay out a JOKE!!

What a joke Outsurance is. They claim to bend over backward - Yes but they bend further to find an excuse to not honour a claim. My son had a accident during the early morning hours. Due to the location were the accident happened the appointed assessors decided that he was under the influence irrespective the evidence that he was not. SAPS were on scene and did not arrest or indicate that they had any intention to arrest. Paramedics checked him and placed him on a drip. All of these circumstances were not considered by assessors in return they accuse/ alledge that I influenced SAPS not to arrest. HALLO! As if not enough they check my sons movement from 6 the morning! What has this got to do with accident? They produce so called till slips indicating he purchased liqour, can they prove that he consumed - NO. They interview/ interogate him and intimidate him to sign a document that he did consume liqour and that if he had not he would not have had a accident. Outcome - claim denied! What a joke the assessors are happy and get a bonus as they saved the company money! TO ALL OUTSURANCE CLIENTS BEWARE THEY ARE NOT WHAT THEY CLAIM TO BE!
