RCS accusing me of bad paye

After continues calls to fetch the RCS Card from one of their store I did pick it up at the end of December. According to me there was a debit order loaded for the repayment. Now I get a lady calling me stating I will be loaded as a bad payer if I don't pay immediatelly. So I said sorry I was under the impression that there was debit order loaded. She asked how I was going to pay this via eft or Internet and I said internet. So she said I have to choose one or the other. Then she asked again can I pay the amount of R397 with a attitude so again I said yes I can. If I could not pay this? The attitude stinks and I would appreciate being treated better. I believe getting out of this business asap. I will settle account and have it closed I owe them peanuts.
