Beware!! M& F is incompetent

Beware of having M& F doing your short term insurance. I am working through a broker. M&f deducted more than they should have on my premium, approximately R850. My broker gave a breakdown of my premium and requested a refund. This was done on 1 of October. No feedback from M&F notwithstanding numerous request for a refund. Due do this I have cancelled my policy and moved to Santam. Will make a complaint with ombudsman,!! Beware don't do business with M&F, You will regret it!!!
