EXCELLENT CONSULTANT

My intro to ABSA was not a good one, as I did not get good service or help from the previous consultant and was considering closing my ABSA account. On Tuesday I went through to ABSA, to see if I could obtain a credit card, as I was sure the previous consultant did not incorporate and scan my FNB statements with the original credit card application.

The new consultant (Joseph Phillips) assisted me with my Credit Card application and Personal Loan, his professional approach and efficiency was very different from my first experience with the consultant who originally opened my account (Margaret).

The Credit Card was approved, the loan was approved and the entire process was stress free. Thank you! Not only did he keep me as an ABSA client, but got new business for ABSA. Well done!
