Disappointing service and bad customer service

I have since laid a complaint against ABSA on Thursday 7 February 2013 and have not received a responce ever since they responded to saying they would investigate the mattter. I am now being harassed by Jacob Maswanganye telephonically leaving threatening messages on my voicemail. How can such a huge financial institution be so irresponsible with the way they speak to their clients whilst not keeping their promise of informing their clients of their investigations as they promised to investigate. This is now affecting my work, family and also affecting me psychologically. I hope this is my last complaint with regard to this financial institution.
