Offering service to me, I do'nt qaulify for!?!?!?!

I've been battling since the beginning of July 2013 for Amanda Sims "the manager" to email me but neither Amanda nor Malcolm Pillay "manager" take the customer service serious in any matter even if it is because the agents & team leaders are not trained properly to answer a simple question as to why an installment changes more than 4 times in a period of 1 month!?!?!?!

Not to even mention that one of Absa's once again not proper trained agents offered me a contract extension within a period of 6 month witch a client cannot qualify for in less than 24 months.

As the managers refuse to give me any feedback what so ever, I'm let with no other choice to log this complaint and refer this matter to the Bank's Ombudsman.

If someone in your pathetic financial institution can find the time to get back to me on this regard via email as work at a financial institution, where customer care means everything to our company unlike with Absa bank.
