Claim handled smoothly

I had an accident, after a very traumatising morning that day I phoned my insurance and submitted a claim. I was told that my claim consultant will be Veronica I must say that Veronica is the best, from the first time I spoke with her, she made me really believe in her and leave all my worries to her. My needs were met 200%, She kept me informed of the progress very well and kept all her promises. This morning I received an SMS notifying me that my claim was approved.
