POOR SERVICE ON A CLAIM REPORTED TO MIWAY

I REPORTED AN ACCIDENT RELATED CLAIM WITH THE INSURANCE. THE ACCIDENT HAPPENED ON A WEEKEND AND I PHONED THE CALL CENTRE AND MY CAR WAS STILL DRIVE-ABLE. THE INSURANCE PHONED ME BACK TO REGISTER THE CLAIM AND THE CLAIM IS BEING HANDLED BY JETRO JOHNSON. HE TOOK 3 WEEKS TO ACTUALLY FINALIZE THE CLAIM AND GIVE AUTHORIZATION. AFTER THE CLAIM HAD BEEN APPROVED THEY APPOINTED ONE OF THEIR APPROVED SERVICE PROVIDERS. WHEN I TOOK THE VEHICLE TO THE APPOINTED SERVICE PROVIDER THEY SAID THEY WILL PHONE IMMEDIATELY AFTER RECEIVING THE PARTS OF WHICH THEY HAD ORDERED. IT HAS BEEN MOE THAN A WEEK SINCE THE SERVICE PROVIDER HAD ORDERED THE PARTS. I THEN PHONED THE INSURANCE THIS MORNING FOR THEM TO EXTEND THE COURTESY VEHICLE WITH AVIS AND THEY REFUSED SAYING THAT THEY CANNOT EXTEND. I THEN ASKED TO SPEAK TO ONE OF THE SUPERVISORS BUT NO ONE WAS AVAILABLE TO SPEAK TO ME BUT A GAVE RESPONSE TO SAY THAT THEY CANNOT EXTEND THE PERIOD OF THE COURTESY CAR. I EXPLAINED TO THE CONSULTANT I WAS SPEAKING TO. TO SAY THAT THEY APPOINTED THIS SERVICE PROVIDER AND HONESTLY ITS NOT MY FAULT THAT THEY ARE TAKING LONG. THE COURTESY CAR MUST BE RETURNED THIS AFTERNOON TO AVIS AND I WILL BE STUCK WITH NO CAR.
