I have cancelled my Mechanical Breakdown Warranty on the 13 Feb 2013 and I have never made a claim since inception 1 April 2012 and according to the terms and conditions or brochure if the is no claim the client is entitled to pro rata refunds, However when I enquired with their call centre in 0860 210 007 I spoke to call centre agent by the name of Andria who didn't have clue as to what I referring too and she promised to call me back which never happened. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!
