BAD ATTITUDE FROM THE CALL CENTRE AGENT

Last night my house was broke into. And this morning I phoned my insurance to report the incident, only be asked by the agent " why did you sleep early if you knew the alarm was not activated". I m in trauma that someone just broke into my house, invaded my privacy and I expect a little sympathy and not some stinking attitude, I know theres procedures to be followed but I just dont appreciated being treated like a criminal when I am actually the VICTIM . These people should be trained on how to handle such situations its unproffesional and frustrating from the customer's side...
