I reveived a letter from Auto and General advising me of my annual premium increase. I felt it was a bit excessive and decided t0 call the call centre. Tinashe was the agent who answered and from that first momment he was professional and extremely friendly which i appreciated. He immediately asked if he could review my policy, and once done, he aked if i minded that he refer my policy to his manager. After a few seconds he informed me that they will be REDUCING my premium!!! I havent even started to complain about the letter and already he had circumvented the issue!!! I will now be paying less this year that i did last year! In the tough economic climate that we live in, this is certainly a welcomed surprise. Tinashe, i have recently purchased another house, and once registration is done, i will certainly call you to handle my insurance... you have earned my trust and appreciation. Auto and General, I have been with you for about 5 years, and cant even imagine changing my insurance. Thnk you for service excellence once more.
