Poor customer service and agent bad attitude

I have been badly treated by Auto&General after 11 years of uninterrupted and no claims whatsoever. I would like to register my utter displeasure and disgust at the level of unprofessionalism and pure narcisstic behaviuor shown Auto&General agents - one of them named Gugu Zwane..
It is evident that Auto&General agents are only interested in getting money from clients irrespective of however poor your customer service is.
Firstly, Auto&General decides to debit an unauthorised amount for a premium - more than they had been doing. They then sent me a letter to tell me that the policy had been cancelled because of the reversed debit. One stupid agent calls me to ask if they could reinstate the policy either in Feb or March - lo and behold while trying to explain my displeasure she dropped a phone on me.
Then one Gugu Zwane calls me and when I tell her of the previous call she has the audacity to tell me there is no proof of a call made by anyone from Auto&General.

I find their attitude stinking and living little to be desired...
