My account was debited on the 02 January 2013 instead of the 15 of every month as confirmed and stipulated on my policy. After sending an email on the 09 January 2013 to complain and rectify the matter none of the consultants contacted me within your two day time frame. On the 14 January 2013 I had to contact your office to resolve the matter. It was agreed and confirmed that the Tyre and Rim cover will be cancelled with immediate effect and I will be reimbursed for the bank charges within 10 working days.

On the 18 January 2013 my account was debited again for the same cover which was cancelled on the 14 January 2013.

I find this unacceptable and unprofessional; I expected this matter to be resolved. Since the inception of this policy all I have received was problems and a negative balance account which I have to pay. This also counts negatively towards my credit rating.

I want this matter to be resolved and compensated for the incorrect billings and then I will cancel my policy with Budget Insurance.
