Terrible Service once again from Contact centre

I called in on Monday 11/02/2013, spoke to Jo aan, durban contact centre, requested for my overdraft to be increased. she processed the application, it was approved, and i was given a number to fax documents.
i tried to fax the documents the numbers are wrong, called in 4 more times, spoke to different people, who gave me more numbers, i refaxed, and spoke to Joann again the same day, she says everything is fine. I call in the next day 12/02/2013 speak to larisha, who then gives me a email address and i forward the documents to her, uptil now i have not recived a single call to confirm reciept nor update on my request, though i have made more than 20 calls and have been pushed pillar to post following up. i then get a mail yesterday from the credit department who has to liase with Joann, but rather emailing me requesting case numbers for the request which is obtainable from the nedbank system, which i do not pocess, thus once again i start calling, trying to get hold of joann sending numerous emails, and at the end i get hold of her, and she still does not call after documents are sent, once again today, no call, no update, i still do not have this reqeust done nor, any updates.
