Personal delivery - really went the extra mile

Whilst I live in the UK I ordered a product for a relative who lives in a care facility in South Africa from the OK Furniture website. In confirming the order Terry stated that he would be visiting the town where I wanted the order delivered, and would deliver it personally, gift wrapped for my relative. He really went the extra mile to ensure it was delivered to the right person. Further, he was genuinely friendly and an absolute pleasure to deal with.
