I had an extremely bad financial experience and was on the brink of losing everything even though I have almost no debt. Head office advised me to contact my branch about my situation but after trying to call them for a couple of hours I drove in. The woman who helped me, Portia Mundalamo, is a woman I would recommend to anyone to contact personally. she went the extra mile and everything was sorted out within 10min. She was friendly and understanding and I actually left the bank feeling happy, relaxed and positive. Thank you for your amazing attitude and personality and I will contact you for all my banking needs in future. All employees can take a number out of her book. Much appreciated!
