Incorrect Listing on their website

I had a judgement listed against my name from Tranunion. It turned out that they did not verify the details of the judgement. The defendant in the judgement had a different name but with my ID numbers. Transunion didn't bother to do background checks as to why the two don't match. there simply was no evidence against me. The listing was later removed after i enlisted my attourney.
I feel that they are only looking forward to list people for them getting an income and that they are not socially resposible to do their job without fear or favour.
