I went to the ATM to withdraw money so i can get home this afternoon. guess what? my ACCOUNT HAS BEEN FROZEN. I go into the bank and they tell me they don't have my proof of residential address and that is why the account was frozen., I need to bring that in before they can unfreeze it. No notification what so ever. This shows how much they value me as a customer... Why was i not informed? where does this leave me. I'm going back tomorrow to close the account. Thanks for the great service, but this is me MOVING FORWARD.
