I'm a client of STD Bank for several years now.

Last night a transfer was made to me from a STD Bank account to my STD Bank account. I received the payment notification sms with reference nr etc. This morning I receive a sms from the normal STD Bank number to notify me that a payment has been made to my account from my account.

I then phoned the bank to query this matter seeing that the qmount transfered has not been cleared, even though I received a sms stating that it has as well as funds being transfered to myself from myself.

I've been sent to 5 different departments, not one really knowing what was going on, just finding nothing still!! Phone slammed down in my ear by Collin after my last call. When I complained, I was told by a senior staff member, Bronwyn, I should go visit a branch!!!

I have already contacted the producers of 3rd degree, I'm going big after this treatment and no one else is getting any good service these days.

if you guys can still not find a competent employee to assist me and yourself can't tell me whats going on, WHY THE ARE MILLIONS TRUSTING YOU WITH THEIR MONEY!!!
