Lonia was very efficient, asked the right questions considering that I was busy. During the call she sympathised with me that she had taken too much of my time already, obviously due to the questions I had, where she didn't know she sourced information from others, and transfered me to them, and while back with me, she still carried her smile that transferred over the phone, and her infenctuous sense of humor. She was just right for teh job and nice doing business with her. I did take the policy and also forwarded her my wife's details to issue her the same policy. Well done Lonia.
