Unauthorised Debit Orde

Innovation Group took R49 off my bank account at the end of January and I never authorised any debit nor have I signed up for any contract.
According to your customer service guys they have no record of any contract in my name, id number, car registration, NOTHING. So why was I charged???
Sent two emails now, still waiting for someone to get back to me from the 6th of February!!!
