Wrongfully Debited

Dear Hello Peter,

My bank Account get debited by Innovation group on a monthly basis, and when asked why im being transfered from pillar to post no one can tell exactly what is the deduction for.
Can you please intervene to help get to the solution of this debit order.

Again for a debit order to take place the account holder need to give permission and who permitted them to debit my account.

I need my money all of it that was deducted, statements have been send to them
