Inconsitency with loan application

I have a flexible loan at Ned bank for 125 000 paid it off till 80 000 got a letter inviting me to increase it back to original limit
Applied for it telephonic and it was approved pending documents to be handed in
all was handed in as well as a 12 month payslip because i get a performance bonus. then i was requested to hand in original documents again it was done
now it is declined because i am over committed because they do not take into account my monthly performance . i had this problem when i applied the first time
i have paid this loan for 43 month and was no problems
