Being put on hold for long periods of time

Kelello put me on hold for over ten minutes when she told me she was sending an email of my policy documents so i had to hang up and call again when i then spoke to Oratile and she then also put me on hold for close to 10 minutes when she was putting me through to Kelello which i had to hang up again becase i wasn't sure how long i'd have to hold.

This is just poor service espoecially when i had to call the whole ABSA insurance to get a copy of my contract. I had to speak to among other people Daniel and Joel Morrison who kept sending me back and forth.
