Very poor reponse from old mutual

Pay out of the retirement policy No 003687013.This pay-out is delayed for longer than a month already and further delay is only related to poor customer service which I receive from the administrator from the old mutual branch in Springs handling the application. The last request was that she will inform me before the end of last week Friday what the progress was but to no avail as she do not return any calls, left several messages on her work and cell phone. Can someone in supervision capacity inform me the progress on the pay out of this policy please? This issue was also reported on Friday the 8th Feb 2013 to your call centre, spoke to Candice but receive no response as promisedI must admit that I am very disappointed with the service I receive from old Mutual as I am a customer for the last 30 years and to resolve minor issues li
