Agent cut me off and didn't call me back

Its been a month now since when I first applied for a credit card with Nedbank. I've since received an SMS saying my application was declined due to lack of documents. The next day I received an SMS saying I must submit my payslip and bank statement. I decided not to. Today I received a call from their call centre asking me to email my payslip and bank statement. I explained that I submitted these documents a long time ago through the email provided by Nedbank. I however said I can forward those emails to her and as I was about to take down her email address she dropped the phone on me! Shocking!
