After loosiing my internet banking profile due to having to put a stop on my credit card I approached Standard Bank branch next to the showgrounds. After previous dealings with banks I was expecting the worst. What a surprise. The whole matter was sorted out with the outmost efficiency and with a smiling willing consultant. She even went so far as to reload all my beneficiaries for me to save me the inconvenience.
