For the second time it has happened now, I pusrchase MTN airtime or data bundles via cellphone banking, and just after confirmation of the details and purchase, it gives a 'technical error' message, yet the money is immediately deducted from my account. I recently changed to Standard bank from another bank, but the experience of the 'convenience' services is dissapointing. Not pleased at all.
