No resolution on billing query

I contacted the Suite about the debit for the SLOW lounge on friday 8 Feb 2013. The response was quick, however futher investigation is required to which I am supposed to have received feedback withn 24 hours.

It is now 48 business hours and no response in sight from FNB Premier Suite.
