So this is my second complaint, because the first one (ref. 276716) has been ignored. I logged a complaint on the 23rd, received no feedback for a few days, so I sent feedback on this site. That prompted a call from FNB, to let me know the Premier Suite will contact me with a resolution. Still waiting. Does the Premier Suite actually exist?
