People should be careful when dealing with Virgin Money Insurance especially when it comes to car insurance. I took out insurance for small dents and scratches and what a surprise when I wanted to claim, suddenly there were numerous issues at stake which were never mentioned before..!

I registered my claim with their call center (claim no VIR300690) on 28 Aug 2013 after which they promised to listen to their previous recordings and promised to give feedback within two weeks! It's now more than four weeks and they are still not in a position to respond! Yet more promises are given...!

How can a claims department say that they cannot accept responsibility for what the sales person said!? Not to mention the arrogance with which it is said! Their broken promises are acceptable but everything that I as a client says need to be double checked on their tapes...!

Please make sure that when you decide to do business with this company that you obtain everything in writing and confirm with the supervisor's supervisor that you are not being mislead!! Also make sure that even if you do have the insurance that you don't need to claim of it since they will find something not to pay
