I raised a straightforward banking query on the 14th January. I received a very incomplete response two days later to which I had further queries. Now, almost a month later, I still have not received an acceptable response, despite following up on a weekly basis. My last request for feedback has gone without even an acknowledgement of receipt for over a week now. If this is the level of service provided to Private Banking clients, I pity those on other levels.
