Private Banking STD Bank is not Worth It

I would like to use this forum to get either Christina Maredi, Arlene Becker or Precious Mngomezulu or just anyone in Private Banking to keep to their promise of giving feedback and following up. The service levels are seriously disgusting, and not worthy of being called Private Banking. Three emails later, no feedback on my issue??
Except an email from Arlene stating my private banker has moved on? Well thanks very much, but what about my ATM issue, which you have received am email about?? Silence on that issue is not acceptable. Come December, all my accounts will be moved. I really cannot tolerate such shoddy service!! Dr P Chetty
